pantry-made pizza

leave a comment »

After a long day of research and reading for both of us, we were all too glad to rely on pantry staples to pull together our favorite junk, ahem, comfort food – pizza!

Easy peasy, even for a bread making novice like me. Plus, it's whole grain and easy to make vegan via flax eggs.

Delightful.

Daniel jazzed up the crust by brushing a mixture of minced garlic and olive oil around the edges.  We topped it off with shredded cheese and sliced olives.  (I exhausted my supply of fresh veggies making salsa yesterday.)

Nothing scratch about this - but gratifying nonetheless!

Now: Netflix instant queue.
